Heirloom Homemade Pickling Cucumbers, are excellent for making both gherkins and dill pickles. Non-GMO, open-pollinated Homemade Pickles Cucumber is a pickling-variety of cucumber with small white spines and crunchy cores. The 1-1/2" cucumbers can make gherkins or at 5" to 6" may be used make dill spears.

I tasted a sample of our Triplesweet Corn today and it looks like this is going to be really sweet crop. I am waiting for it to fill out (mature) a little more which should also give it the opportunity to reach a maximum level of sweetness. This should take about a week or so.
